Choose and Customize Your Product

FOR I.D. TAGS/PENDANTS:

• Navigate to the shop page for the shape & size tag you need.

• From drop down:

  • Image name shown on your chosen tag.

  • Tag Ring Color. Choose from silver or gold.

    • If you are purchasing as a “people pendant” vs. an I.D. tag you’re good to go and can complete your order.

• In order form please provide:

  • Dog’s name

  • Emergency contact # for tag

  • Font name (see Font Gallery for options)

  • Case Type (i.e. - Uppercase)

  • Font color. We have them all!

    • Matte Metallic offered in gold & silver, all others are standard matte).

• Important: As all tags are multi-color select a font color that will stand out from the artwork for visibility.

FOR LEASH HOLDERS

• Navigate to leash holder shop page.

• From drop down:

• Select Image Name for ready made or “Custom” for personalized orders.

• Hanging hardware type

• For Custom Orders, from drop down menu please also select:

• Glitter base color

In order form please provide:

• Your dog’s name (or substitute for chosen phrase).

  • Please note that space limitations apply. We will contact you if unable to fit attractively.

• Font name (see Font Gallery for options).

• Font color (we have them all!).

  • Metallic offered in matte gold & silver, all others are matte).

I.D. Tags - 3 business days.

Leash Holders (ready made) - 2 business days

Leash Holders (custom orders) - Our custom leash holders require a multi-day process that requires the cooperation of Mother Nature (I.e. - weather). For this reason turnaround time cannot be guaranteed but we strive to have custom orders shipped within 4 days of payment. Should there be an unavoidable delay due to climate we will reach out to let you know.

Due to personalization all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

• Once you have provided your preferences we will provide you with an image mock up for your approval prior to you confirming payment.

• Mock ups will be sent to the email address you provide with your order request within 2 business days unless otherwise notified.

• Once mock ups are provided, your selected product will be held outside of inventory for 2 additional days for you to complete your order.

• You may email us with up to 3 font size/style adjustment requests if not satisfied with your initial design.

Please note that mock ups will all be in black or white font though your chosen font color will be provided on your finished product.

Orders not confirmed with payment at the end of the 2nd day from final mock up will be placed back into available inventory. Due to personalization all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

REMEMBER: Every tag is 100% unique. Don’t hesitate, make your dog’s style great!

Single items or curated sets for your favorite dog lover will be a lasting gift they see and use daily.  Optional gift wrapping and handwritten notes (you specify the message) on our logo cardstock are available to add to the celebration & personalization.

Yes! We provide wholesale for our I.D. tags though they can only be customized if you are a local retailer. Even without customization our tags still make a beautiful accessory for your canine companion and are offered at a reduced rate!

I.D. tags wholesale is offered for a minimum order of ten at 50% cost + shipping. Local delivery is available free of charge.

Since we strive to keep our products reasonably priced we do not offer leash holders at wholesale due to the extended creation process.
