It’s easy! Once you have clicked “Add to Bark Cart” an order form will appear with optional custom specifications shown. If you are purchasing as/or a “people pendant” vs. an I.D. tag you’re good to go and can complete your order.

Note on Font Color (custom orders):
For I.D. tag & custom leash holder/wall decor orders keep in mind that you will want to pick a color that contrasts for visibility.

Leash Holders (custom orders) - Our custom leash holders require a multi-day process that requires the cooperation of Mother Nature (I.e. - weather). For this reason turnaround time cannot be guaranteed but we strive to have custom orders shipped within 4 days of payment. Should there be an unavoidable delay due to climate we will reach out to let you know.

Due to personalization all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Shipping:
We offer USPS ground shipping to the U.S. & Canada. Express shipping offered upon request for an additional cost.

Delivery: Local hotel or residential drop off within city limits of our home base in sunny Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Alternate, public meeting locations within the city for those outside of delivery area can be arranged upon request.

Please note that we do not take liability for deliveries requested for door drop. We will provide a photo of drop location.

Yes! We provide wholesale though our I.D. tags can only be customized if you are a local retailer. Even without customization our tags still make a beautiful accessory for your canine companion and are offered at a reduced rate.

I.D. tags wholesale offered for a minimum order of ten at 50% discount. Leash holders/wall decor at 25% discount. Local delivery within Broward County, FL is available free of charge.
