  • Simply visit our ‘Shop” page and click on your desired product shape and size (where applicable). Your selection is then grouped by design name and corresponding color theme for you to explore the variations available, as no two are alike!
    (See “How do I order and customize?” in FAQs for additional instructions)

  • Choose and Customize Your Product

    For Tags, please specify:

    • Font color & style from drop down menu.

    • Type in form as follows:

      • Style Circle (C) or Bone (B)

      • Size Large (L, circle only) or Small (S)

        • Large measures 2” x 2”

        • Small measures 1.5” x 1.5” for both styles

      • Item specific product image name.

        • Order Format Example: CL, Splash Time 1

      • Important: As all tags are multi-color select a font color that will stand out from the artwork for visibility.

    For Leash Holders, please specify:

    1. Ready Made or Custom.

      1. For Ready Made, simply provide your chosen product images name:

        1. Example: “Pawsitivity”

      2. For Custom, from drop down menus:

      3. Glitter base color

      4. Font Color

      5. Font Style

      6. Hanging/hardware type

      7. Type in form dog’s name or desired phrase.

  • Once you have provided your preferences we will provide you with an image mock up for your approval prior to you confirming payment.

    1. Mock ups will be sent to the email address you provide with your order request within 3 days unless otherwise notified.

    2. Once mock ups are provided your selected product will be held for 3 additional days for you to complete your order.

    3. You may email us with up to 3 font size/style adjustment requests if not satisfied with your initial design.

      • Please note that mock ups will all be in black or white font though your chosen font color will be provided on your finished product.

    4. Orders not confirmed with payment at the end of the 3rd day after your request is received and responded to will be placed back into available inventory.

      REMEMBER: Every tag is 100% unique. Don’t hesitate, make your dog’s style great!

    Shipping rates are higher for Alaska & Hawaii and can be provided upon request with your ship to zip code.

  • Single items or curated sets for your favorite dog lover will be a lasting gift they see and use daily.  Optional gift wrapping and handwritten notes (you specify the message) on our logo cardstock are available to add to the celebration & personalization.
